About Me
My name is Tanya Randell and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Taking the first step to reaching out for support can be a difficult challenge in life. Trying to navigate through unexpected events, emotions, internal conflict, or challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed, lost, and hopeless. My goal is to provide that support to help you understand your emotions and find solutions for coping to allow you to live a more comfortable, manageable life.

Compassionate and Collaborative Care Rooted in Experience
I believe the start of successful therapy is with a collaborative relationship between the therapist and client. While offering a compassionate, reflective, and empathetic approach, I allow the client to share their story and challenges whereas we will work together to reach the best effective solution in a time efficient manner. I am dedicated to helping individuals improve their life and personal well-being. I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space for clients to openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and hardships. I offer a space where the client will feel heard and most importantly, supported.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked in various backgrounds including family intervention, child development, parent counselling, career counselling, and behavioral modification with various completed trainings in Suicide Intervention, Trauma Informed Care, and Applied Behavioral Analysis. I am experienced in working with individuals living with disabilities such as, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and ADHD. I am also knowledgeable in working with individuals with the LGBDQia2s+ community.
